The mission of the Santi Hermitage Foundation is to create forums for exploring ancient Buddhist concepts in their original context, examining how these teachings address the challenges of a diverse contemporary culture in the United States, and applying practical methods to help those in need.
At its core, the Foundation’s mission is to share Buddhist teachings with all people, raise awareness of how to apply their benefits, and support individuals in cultivating peace and equanimity of mind in daily life. The Santi Hermitage Foundation is an independent organization, unaffiliated with any single Buddhist lineage or sect.
We are deeply humbled by the outpouring of generosity from our community. Our thoughts are with all those affected by danger and suffering. We continue to send Metta their way.
"May all beings be safe, free from harm, and protected from suffering."
